This course is designed to give new and recently appointed Parish Safeguarding Officers the information they need to fulfil this role including:
- Key Responsibilities (and what is NOT your responsibility)
- Key Policies and Guidance and where to find them.
- A guide to the Parish Dashboard and Hubs
- Scenarios and Dynamics
- What to do if a concern is raised?
It also provides an opportunity to meet other PSOs, ask questions, and begin building helpful peer connections.
