The table below lists the three Core training modules for people in parish ministry (Basic, Foundation and Leadership), as well as the two main Issue-Specific modules (Safer Recruitment and People Management, and Domestic Abuse). No mention has been made of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking as that is an optional (although recommended) module for all roles.
A tick indicates that these modules are required for people in those roles, and should be refreshed every three years. For the Core Modules (Basic, Foundation and Leadership), only the 'highest' level of training needs to be renewed. In other words, you do not need to go back to 'square one' every three years and start with 'Basic' (although you are welcome to do so should you wish!).
