  • Church Wardens (for parishes in vacancy only)

STEP 1 – Register or Login

STEP 2 – Book on a course (course dates can be viewed at the bottom of this page)

THE TRAINING PORTAL ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHING TO A NEW LOOK. IT WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF COURSES UP TO APRIL OR MAY ONWARDS. INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ARE FOR COURSES UP TO APRIL.

On the training portal

  • Select Courses/CorePathways/Leadership/Chichester
  • Under “Learner Enrolment Request” add your details including church role and press “Enrol Me”
  • Once your request is approved, press "Continue" or return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Start Here: Preparing to Learn”
  • At the bottom right click on "NEXT ACTIVITY Choose a Mode of Attendance".
  • Select "Attend Face to Face" or "Attend Via Zoom"
  • At the bottom right click on “NEXT ACTIVITY Choose a learning group ”
  • Choose a learning group and click “Become member of”

If you select "Attend Face to Face" you will be sent details closer to the time. If you select "Attend Via Zoom" follow the steps below

STEP 3 – Complete Session One Preparation Task

This should be completed at least five working days before the first session

  • Return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Session One”
  • Select “Session One Preparation”

You can choose to "Save" your work and resume later or press “Submit”

STEP 4 – Attend Zoom Session One

  • Return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Session One”
  • Select “Groupwork 1 – Zoom Meeting” (This is only accessible after you have submitted the preparation task)

STEP 5 – Complete Session Two Preparation Task

  • Return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Session Two”
  • Select “Session Two Preparation”

STEP 6 – Attend Zoom Session Two

  • Return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Session Two”
  • Select “Groupwork 2– Zoom Meeting” (This is only accessible after you have submitted the preparation task)

STEP 7 – Complete Final Evaluation and Action Plan

  • Return to Chichester’s Leadership Page and select “Session Two”
  • Select “Evaluation Tasks - Self Reflection and Action Plan”
  • Once you have completed, press “Submit”

Once you final task has been graded by your tutor, you will receive an email confirming you have completed the course with a certificate attached. You can also access your certificates anytime in the “Records” section on the portal.
